TELUS Health Annuity Administration Consultant

Advance your career with TELUS Health as an Associate Consultant in Group Annuity Administration in Toronto, Ontario. In this full-time role, you will utilize your expertise in pension and legislative matters to oversee Group Annuity administration. Responsibilities include managing client communications, validating benefit calculations, and leading various projects. You will also foster talent development within the team while collaborating cross-departmentally to enhance overall service effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure exceptional client service and communication
Verify annual statements and compliance with regulations
Lead project initiatives and performance reviews
Conduct internal training sessions for staff
Identify and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

5-7 years of relevant pension administration experience
Educational background; CEBS or PPAC a plus
Highly organized with a proactive approach
Proven project management and customer service skills
Bilingual in English and French is a bonus
