PCO / Clarity PPM

Description: 

• The client is looking for an analytical support profile for the project office, focused on controlling portfolio activities rather than managing or delivering projects. The recurring keywords (controlling activities, financial forecasting, budget tracking, task assignment) indicate a priority on monitoring rigor and proficiency with a corporate tool, not project leadership.



• The role reports directly to the Director of the Project Office and acts as a support partner for the team, without decision-making authority over deliverables. It should not be confused with a project coordinator or portfolio manager: the PCO inputs and controls data, they do not run projects, although occasional coordination of activities may be assigned.



• Two positions need to be filled for this mandate.



• the number of resumes to submit is not specified despite two positions to fill.

Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MIS), Finance, or equivalent
  
  
  


• 5 years of experience in a project environment (project or resource planning, financial forecasting, task assignment, budget tracking)
  
  
  


• Proficiency in Clarity PPM
  
  
  


• Good knowledge of Excel
  
  
  


• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
  
  
  

Desired:

• Knowledge of collaborative tools (Teams, JIRA, SharePoint, Mural)
  
  
  

Asset:

• Project management component in academic training
  
  
  


• Knowledge of data management tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
