What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Manager on the Strategic Programs team, you will lead complex, high-impact projects across our organization. You have a proven track record in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective execution.
This role spans enterprise‑level thinking and hands‑on delivery, with a particular focus on initiatives that move from strategy into execution and may include technology‑enabled solutions.
You will lead project teams and collaborate closely with internal Deloitte functions and business leaders to explore, address emerging workforce trends and implement talent focused solutions aligned to business needs. Your work will involve assessing current‑state challenges, facilitating workshops to co‑create future‑focused talent solutions, redesigning processes, and shaping recommendations that advance Deloitte’s strategic priorities and the needs of our people. It will also require a proactive approach to risk management, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement.
About the team
The People Transformation team is part of our internal Culture and People organization and operates like an internal Consulting team, delivering strategic projects with Deloitte itself as our client. Our work serves to enhance the effectiveness of Deloitte’s Human Resources organization and elevate the employee experience across the firm. We scope strategic projects, leverage Deloitte tools and methodologies to define novel approaches and collaborate with other teams across the organization for effective delivery that achieves outcomes important to our firm and our people. - Project / Program Delivery: Oversee and coordinate one or more projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery of program objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing complex projects that drive business transformation and value.
- Human‑Centered Design and Solution Definition: Apply design thinking to uncover user needs, define experience‑driven requirements, and evaluate solutions—ensuring that both strategic solutions are grounded in real employee and leader experiences.
- From Strategy to Delivery: Translating Ideas into Action: Support initiatives as they move from strategic framing into delivery—aligning stakeholders, defining functional requirements, coordinating cross‑team inputs, and ensuring solutions are designed and implemented in a cohesive, scalable way.
- Critical Thinking and Complex Problem Solving: Break down ambiguous or interconnected workforce challenges, synthesize data and insights, and develop strategic recommendations that balance immediate impact with long‑term organizational value.
- Executive Storytelling and Insight Packaging: Transform complex findings, models, and concepts into compelling narratives for senior leaders—enabling clear decision‑making and strategic alignment across the firm.
- Enterprise Collaboration and Systems Thinking: Navigate and connect work across the broader Deloitte ecosystem. Identify interdependencies, risks, and opportunities to ensure projects deliver durable value for our people and the firm.

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
