Looking for a Full-time, Experienced and reliable cook who is interested in cooking daily dinner services for a diverse ethnic student group who live on campus.
Duties would include cooking buffet style dinners with desserts, afternoon and evening snacks for approx 100 ppl. Dinner cook must have the ability to work independently and be able to make decisions and troubleshoot issues that may arise. The Dinner cook will also have the ability to work with the chef to build different and diverse menus in line with the many different cultures who dine in on a daily basis.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years cooking experience, Food Safe Level 1 and Must be willing to get a Criminal Record Check.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm.
Schedule may change due to operational needs i.e. caterings and school events
