Create photorealistic characters for EA SPORTS NHL using high-fidelity modeling, sculpting, texturing, and material creation in British Columbia. Your work brings hockey characters to life.As a Character Artist, you will support the EA SPORTS Characters team across likeness, heads, bodies, hair, clothing, headgear, accessories, and customization content. You will use scan data, photography, reference material, and traditional three-dimensional workflows. The position contributes to authentic, visually compelling characters throughout production.Key Responsibilities:
Create characters using modeling, sculpting, texturing, and materialsDevelop likenesses, bodies, hair, clothing, headgear, and accessoriesTranslate scans, photography, and references into three-dimensional assetsSupport integration, iteration, polish, and final qualityCollaborate with Character Art, Animation, Rigging, and ProductionRequirements:
Two or more years creating game characters or related industry workStrong high-fidelity modeling and digital sculpting skillsProficiency with Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance PainterUnderstanding of anatomy, proportion, form, likeness, and PBR workflowsPortfolio showing photorealistic characters and game-resolution assetsApply character art expertise, realistic materials, and production collaboration to EA SPORTS NHL characters in British Columbia.
