OPAL-RT est à la recherche d'un Spécialiste en Marketing Numérique.

Il s'agit d'un poste temporaire de 12 mois (remplacement de congé de maternité).

Aperçu du poste :

Le ou la spécialiste en marketing numérique est responsable de définir, d’exécuter et d’optimiser la stratégie mondiale de marketing numérique d’OPAL-RT à travers les sites web, les plateformes et les campagnes numériques. Ce rôle combine leadership stratégique, exécution opérationnelle et optimisation axée sur la performance, et joue un rôle clé dans la génération de la demande, la visibilité de la marque et la qualité des leads pour l’ensemble des unités d’affaires et des régions.

Responsabilités principales :

1. Gestion des sites web et des plateformes numériques (50 %) :

• Définir et piloter la stratégie, la gouvernance et la performance des plateformes numériques d’OPAL-RT, incluant :
o Le site corporatif d’OPAL-RT
o Le site web du logiciel SPS
o La communauté du logiciel SPS et les écosystèmes numériques connexes

• Diriger la gestion de contenu, la stratégie des pages d’atterrissage, les fondations SEO, l’optimisation des performances et le suivi analytique.
• Superviser et soutenir le/la gestionnaire de la communauté SPS Software (étudiant(e) à temps partiel), en assurant l’alignement avec les objectifs numériques globaux.
• Coordonner étroitement avec les équipes internes (marketing, produit, ventes, support) et les partenaires externes (agences numériques, spécialistes SEO, développeurs).
• Assurer la cohérence des messages, de l’image de marque, de l’expérience utilisateur et des meilleures pratiques techniques sur l’ensemble des plateformes.

2. Planification et exécution des campagnes numériques (40 %) :

• Planifier, concevoir, exécuter et optimiser des campagnes numériques multicanales pour l’ensemble des produits, applications et marchés d’OPAL-RT.
• Activer des campagnes en soutien à :
o Lancements de produits.
o Secteurs industriels.
o Priorités régionales et des unités d’affaires.

• Exploiter un mix de canaux (recherche, médias payants, LinkedIn, courriels, syndication de contenu, retargeting, etc.).
• Assurer l’alignement entre les objectifs des campagnes, les messages, l’image de marque et les résultats commerciaux mesurables.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de contenu, de marketing produit, d’événements et les équipes régionales afin de maximiser l’impact des campagnes et la réutilisation des actifs.

3. Suivi de la performance et optimisation continue (10 %) :

• Suivre et analyser la performance des sites web et des campagnes numériques à l’aide d’indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) tels que :
o Trafic et engagement.
o Taux de conversion.
o Qualité des leads et performance du tunnel de conversion.
o ROI et efficacité des coûts.

• Traduire les données en analyses claires, recommandations concrètes et actions pour les parties prenantes.
• Tester, ajuster et optimiser en continu les initiatives numériques afin d’améliorer leur performance et leur évolutivité.

Qualifications requises :

• Baccalauréat en marketing, communications, administration ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 5 ans et plus d’expérience en marketing numérique, avec une responsabilité démontrée de niveau senior sur des sites web et des campagnes numériques.
• Excellente expertise en :
o Gestion de sites web et plateformes CMS (WordPress)
o Fondamentaux du SEO et optimisation des performances
o Analytique numérique et rapports (Google Analytics et autres)
o Canaux numériques payants et organiques (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

• Capacité éprouvée à gérer de multiples parties prenantes, priorités et agences dans un environnement B2B complexe.
• Esprit analytique fort combiné à d’excellentes compétences en exécution.
• Une expérience en B2B, en technologie, en ingénierie ou dans des marchés industriels constitue un atout important.

• Français obligatoire. La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour la communication avec nos partenaires internationaux.

• Atouts supplémentaires : connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; Discourse; Weglot; Power BI; Google Dashboards.

OPAL-RT Technologies is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

This is a temporary 12-month position (maternity leave replacement).

Role Overview :

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing OPAL-RT’s global digital marketing strategy across websites, platforms, and digital campaigns. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and performance-driven optimization, and plays a critical role in demand generation, brand visibility, and lead quality across all business units and regions.

Key Responsibilities :


  1. Website & Digital Platforms Management (50%) :


  • Own the strategy, governance, and performance of OPAL-RT’s digital platforms, including:

    • OPAL-RT corporate website.

    • SPS Software website.

    • SPS Software community and related digital ecosystems.


  • Lead content management, landing page strategy, SEO foundations, performance optimization, and analytics tracking.

  • Supervise and support the SPS Software Community Manager (part-time student), ensuring alignment with overall digital objectives.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, support) and external partners (digital agencies, SEO specialists, developers).

  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, user experience, and technical best practices across all platforms.


  1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution (40%)


  • Plan, design, execute, and optimize multichannel digital campaigns across all OPAL-RT products, applications, and markets.

  • Activate campaigns in support of:

    • Product launches.

    • Industry verticals.

    • Regional and BU priorities.


  • Leverage a mix of channels (search, paid media, LinkedIn, email, content syndication, retargeting, etc.).

  • Ensure alignment between campaign objectives, messaging, branding, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, events, and regional teams to maximize campaign impact and reuse of assets.


  1. Performance Tracking & Continuous Optimization (10%)


  • Monitor and analyze performance of websites and digital campaigns using key KPIs such as:

    • Traffic and engagement.

    • Conversion rates.

    • Lead quality and funnel performance.

    • ROI and cost efficiency.


  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Continuously test, refine, and optimize digital initiatives to improve performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated senior-level ownership of websites and digital campaigns.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Website management and CMS platforms (Wordpress)

    • SEO fundamentals and performance optimization

    • Digital analytics and reporting (Google Analytics and others.)

    • Paid and organic digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)


  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and agencies in a complex, B2B environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent execution skills.

  • Experience in B2B, technology, engineering, or industrial markets is a strong asset.

  • French required. Knowledge of English is required for communication with our international partners.

  • Nice to have: familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; Discourse; Weglot; PowerBI; Google Dashboards
