Mission Nous sommes à la recherche pour une compagnie située à Laval dans le manufacturier, un assistant contrôleur.
Sous la supervision du contrôleur, vos tâches seront de :
Responsabilités :
-Participer à la fermeture mensuelle (écritures, conciliations et analyse des comptes)
-Préparer les états financiers mensuels et effectuer le suivi budgétaire
-Produire les déclarations de taxes et certains rapports fiscaux
-Supporter les auditeurs externes et préparer les documents de fin d’année
-Participer à la production de documents administratifs financiers
-Gérer les opérations de deux entités, incluant les transactions intercompagnies
-Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie (comptes bancaires et cartes de crédit)
-Utiliser EPICOR et QuickBooks, notamment pour les conciliations bancaires
-Autres tâches connexes
Ce que nous recherchons :
-Titulaire du titre de CPA
-Avoir un minimum de 2-3 ans d’expérience
-Expérience en entreprise (un atout)
-Bilingue français/anglais
