Senior Advisor for Cultural Integration

Your expertise will fuel organization-wide behavior transformation. This role emphasizes the integration of culture within BMO's strategic framework. With responsibilities including analysis of cultural data, supporting leadership, and collaboration with various teams, you will influence high performance through effective program design. Your responsibilities involve a long-term roadmap execution and cultural program assessments to identify improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Translate cultural data into actionable programs
• Partner with HR and Risk teams for risk assessment
• Develop a long-term behavior change roadmap
• Provide strategic partnership on culture programs
• Guide leaders on cultural insights and shifts Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of experience in culture-related roles
• Expertise in talent management and strategic thinking
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
