Junior Engineer for Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support by troubleshooting equipment breakdowns
- Maintain CNC machines, robotic cells, and other control systems
- Develop operator work instructions and process reports
- Assist in commissioning new automation projects
- Coordinate production runs and program launches effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required
- 2+ years of control experience in lean manufacturing
- Ability to create and interpret electrical drawings
- Familiarity with programming of PLCs and G-Code
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
