Multi Unit General Manager (St. Thomas)

Responsibilities
- Managing the operations of 2 to 4 locations
- Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
- Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand
- Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costsLeading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team
- Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
- Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
- Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Other duties which involve the day‑to‑day operation of a fast food restaurant
Qualifications
- Some restaurant management experience – two years or more
- Quick service restaurant experience preferred
- College or university education preferred
- Food handling certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- A leader and a team player
- Basic English language skills
