We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Manager who shares our passion for hospitality and can lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.- Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, promoting a culture of excellence in service and hospitality.- Implement and follow proven sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining high standards of service.- Maintain a keen attention to detail in all aspects of the restaurant, from cleanliness to staff performance.- Foster a positive and efficient working environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of restaurant behaviours and dynamics.- Address guest concerns and feedback promptly, differentiating between hospitality (creating a welcoming atmosphere) and service (fulfilling requests efficiently).- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.- Follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry, particularly in hospitality and service best practices.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - Fluency in the English language is required .- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, making quick decisions when necessary.- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant schedule.- Passion for Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus!
