Senior Digital Brand Designer Phoenix
Content Creators
Shape Phoenix’s digital brand as a Senior Graphic Designer creating clear, human stories across campaigns, social, landing pages, and motion.
You will lead visual direction for growth and marketing initiatives while protecting Phoenix’s brand consistency. Collaboration with Growth, Creative, and Product teams will connect design intuition with data-driven impact. The work brings specialist healthcare closer to Canadians through accessible communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own creative from ideation through data-informed iteration
- Act as brand guardian across every touchpoint
- Lead brainstorms and contribute to campaign strategy
- Test new creative directions within Phoenix’s visual language
- Stay current with digital storytelling formats and DTC practices
Requirements:
- Five or more years in visual or marketing design
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma experience
- Storytelling ability that shapes emotion, clarity, and action
- Confidence taking initiative in a high-growth environment
- Passion for improving the Canadian healthcare experience
Use brand guardianship, storytelling, and digital design expertise to make Phoenix healthcare communications clearer and more human.
