Zumi Sushi Inc
ZUMI is a modern Japanese revolving sushi restaurant located on Alberni Street in Downtown Vancouver, scheduled to open in September 2026 . We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our opening team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain excellent guest service and operational standards
- Manage labour costs, inventory, and day-to-day operations
- Support the successful opening of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- New restaurant opening or Japanese restaurant experience is an asset
- English required; additional languages are an asset
Compensation:
$70,000–$85,000/year + performance bonus, based on experience
