Summary
We are seeking a Director of Catering & Conference Services to join our team at Inn on Prince. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our catering services, ensuring high-quality food and service for events while contributing to the overall success of our hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all catering events, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish.
- Manage the catering budget and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that meet client specifications.
- Oversee staff training and performance to ensure high standards of service are met.
- Analyze event feedback and implement improvements for future catering services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on client relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure contracts and agreements.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
