Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Distribution Co-ordinator LBM on a permanent basis on our HABS team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina SK .

What youll do:

• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operations by unloading storing staging and shipping product to Retail Co-ops.
• Ensure systems and processes are being utilized to effectively co-ordinate in-bound freight store product process and fulfill orders based on shipping schedules and budgeted service levels.
• Provide training and coverage to LBM Distribution Operators on onloading trucks fulfilling orders liaising with carriers and assisting with morning toolbox meetings.
• Ensure that facility employees work within established regulations policies and procedures with regards to health safety and environment.

The Team: You will work closely with LBM Distribution Operators Retails carriers and will report into the Supervisor LBM Distribution. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration quality and safety.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Production Trades and Maintenance and :

• Have 3-6 years of relevant experience with a preference for an administrative environment and/or working with operating equipment in a production manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Have a one-year certificate (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Are familiar with lumber and building products.
• Mechanical aptitude training and certification would be an asset as well as experience running mobile equipment including Forklifts.
