Senior Advisor, People Analytics & HRIS

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Advisor, People Analytics & HRIS is the organization's subject matter expert in people analytics, workforce data and human resource information systems. This position develops and advances the organization's people analytics capability and provides strategic direction, optimization and governance of HRIS. The position translates complex workforce data into actionable insights that support sound business decisions, workforce planning, labour management, organizational decision making and employment-related compliance.
What You'll Need:
Completion of a Bachelor or Master's degree in business or computer science with some education completed in areas of Human Resources, Data Analytics, Project Management, and/or Information Systems, or related program. Formal certification in Business Analysis, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Project Management, HRIS, or related disciplines would be considered an asset.
A minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible and relevant experience including experience in HR Systems, workforce or people analytics, reporting, data analysis, and interpretation. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
