As a critical player at Castleavery Hospitality, your role as Night Manager combines hands‑on maintenance with guest relations at Mount Engadine Lodge. You'll oversee property upkeep while directly addressing overnight guest needs, fostering an setting of teamwork and high standards, crucial to achieving exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance assessments across the lodge
- Address overnight guest inquiries and concerns swiftly
- Coordinate and facilitate repairs with approved contractors
- Audit properties for adherence to safety protocols
- Mentor maintenance staff to optimize team dynamics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- 1+ year in a leadership capacity required
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work versatile hours including nights
