Licensing Coordinator

Join our Licensing and Parking Services team as a Licensing Coordinator. In this leadership role, you will coordinate licensing, invoicing, collections, and enforcement services while supporting efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and community safety programs. You will guide staff, improve processes, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with partners to ensure services are delivered in accordance with City bylaws, policies, and service standards.
What You Bring - Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Bylaw Enforcement, or a related field- Experience leading staff in a customer service, licensing, collections, or enforcement environment
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship building skills
