Business Operations Strategy Associate

Shape Prava’s highest-impact priorities through structured problem-solving, data analysis, and hands-on execution across strategy, operations, and technology.
As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll work directly with executive leadership on strategic and operational initiatives. Own projects from problem definition through execution while partnering with cross-functional teams. Improve measurable business outcomes through analysis, judgment, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution
- Analyze data, customer insights, and operational metrics
- Build dashboards, financial models, and business cases
- Design scalable solutions with frontline and back-office teams
- Partner with Engineering on AI-powered internal tools
Requirements:
- Three or more years in strategy or analytical roles
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new domains
- Resourceful ownership in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication with teams and executive leadership
