If you enjoy moving fast, building from the ground up, and seeing your work create immediate business impact, this position offers a great opportunity to do just thatResponsibilitiesEmbed with client Product Engineers and Master Data teams to gain deep insight into SKU lifecycle nuances, supply chain sourcing logic, and go-to-market (GTM) workflowsTranslate informal, tribal knowledge and manual processes into structured system requirements and AI-driven use casesProactively identify opportunities where LLM agents can reduce human-in-the-loop bottlenecks, such as automated data stewardship, intelligent SKU attribute prediction, and anomaly detectionDesign and deploy agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen to function as a\ "digital master data team,\" automatically validating SKU requests, checking supply chain logic, and preparing payloads for production systemsBuild resilient backend data pipelines using Python and Databricks to manage the reservation of non-GTM SKUs and oversee the state lifecycle of products as they progressDevelop bi-directional integrations with Oracle ERP to ensure real-time status updates and consistent master data synchronizationArchitect and rapidly prototype a modern, intuitive web application, using a React frontend and Python/FastAPI backend, to replace the legacy Excel-based entry systemImplement AI-assisted UI/UX capabilities, such as Copilot-style features, that guide engineers through the SKU creation process and auto-populate supply chain and LOB metadata based on historical patternsRequirementsA minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceAt least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level rolesProven track record managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time employeesStrong client-facing acumen, with a demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, extract requirements from non-technical stakeholders, and drive product adoption, proactively shaping work based on business conversations rather than waiting on predefined ticketsHands-on experience in AI and agentic engineering, including building production-grade GenAI applications, orchestrating multi-agent systems, implementing tool-calling/function-calling, and applying RAG over enterprise dataStrong full-stack proficiency, with solid software engineering fundamentals in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and modern React.Js, including TypeScript and state managementExperience in data and enterprise integration, including building data pipelines and connecting with large-scale enterprise platforms, with specific experience in Databricks and Oracle ERP (APIs and data models) highly desirableDemonstrated ability in rapid prototyping, moving from whiteboard concept to a working MVP within weeks, iterating quickly based on real-time user feedbackProfessional proficiency in English (B2) and a proactive, accountable approach to problem-solvingNice to haveExperience with Microsoft Azure for supporting cloud infrastructure and servicesRelevant certification, which would be considered a valuable addition to your qualificationsWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInEPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
