Montreal Key Holder Position
Psycho Bunny
Lead the retail experience as a Key Holder at Psycho Bunny in Montreal's Eaton Center. This onsite role is essential for driving sales and enhancing customer interactions against brand standards. As the Key Holder, you will manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will leverage your retail management background to recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring everyone is knowledgeable about our vibrant products. Analyze key trends to make strategic business decisions that enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong customer loyalty through engagement initiatives
- Responsible for training and fostering team success
- Maintain high product knowledge standards among team
- Implement effective payroll control and scheduling practices
- Oversee inventory management and shrink analysis
- Minimum of 1 year retail management experience
- Willing to work flexible hours, includes nights and weekends
- Strong selling communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer buying habits
- Experience in ensuring visual merchandising standards
