Director of Human Resources Nunavik

Lead HR initiatives with a focus on cultural appropriateness and employee engagement at NHB in Nunavik. Drive HR transformation and enhance workforce effectiveness in a northern environment. As the Director of Human Resources, you will shape the HR function for NHB, overseeing a team of 250 in fourteen communities. Your role emphasizes developing strategies for talent acquisition, employee development, and labour relations. You will implement tools that align HR practices with the unique needs of Nunavik's communities.
