Interdisciplinary Mental Health Clinician for Addiction Recovery

As part of the addiction services team, you will provide vital assessments and interventions for clients dealing with substance use and mental health challenges. This role also involves collaboration with families and the community to enhance recovery and support systems. Be prepared for potential travel to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address client needs through targeted interventions
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and strategies
• Facilitate outreach and educational services in the community
• Support client families in understanding treatment processes
• Monitor client progress and provide continuous support
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in a relevant health-related field
• Minimum of 3 years applicable experience in addiction services
• Strong grasp of treatment methodologies and community resources
• Valid BC Driver's License required
• Exceptional communication and empathy skills
