We are hosting a Presentation & Interview Session:
Wednesday, May 13th, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
160 Commerce Valley Drive E, 2nd Floor, Thornhill, ON L3T 0A9
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals ready to grow in a professional collections environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in account resolution, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances while maintaining professional and respectful communication with clients and consumers.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performace-driven environment.
Full Time - Permanent
Base Salary + Commission + Referral Bonus
Schedule:
Monday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
∙ ONE
Saturday shift per month: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for contacting clients, negotiating payment arrangements, resolving outstanding balances, and mainting accurate account records in a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a phone-based, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic systems
- Collections, AR, or call centre experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
