This is a permanent position based in Ville Saint-Laurent, offering a hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office per week. As part of a team restructuring, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio primarily composed of clients located in the Ottawa region.ResponsibilitiesManage the collection of commercial accounts and perform follow-ups with customers by phone and email.Oversee an accounts receivable portfolio and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and customer disputes.Research, allocate, and apply customer payments across the company's various systems.Maintain accurate and detailed collection notes and account records.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Contribute to the continuous improvement of collection processes and payment practices.YOUR PROFILECandidate ProfileMinimum of 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience managing commercial accounts.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with account reconciliations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work in an environment utilizing multiple systems and applications.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.AssetsExperience in a B2B environment.Knowledge of credit analysis.Experience managing a high volume of customer accounts.Compensation & BenefitsHybrid work model: 2 days remote work per week.Comprehensive group insurance plan.3% RRSP matching program.Vacation and personal days.Stable and collaborative work environment.Growth opportunities within the Credit team.Recruitment ProcessThe recruitment process includes an initial interview with Nassim Rouabhi, Recruitment Consultant, followed by interviews with the Human Resources Manager and the Finance Director.To apply: more information: View email address on apply.j-vers.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
