Become a vital part of Ververica as a Technical Support Engineer, engaging in remote work with cloud solutions and Apache Flink. Your expertise will support customers like Netflix and Amazon in maintaining their real-time data pipelines. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot technical issues on Kubernetes and Flink while collaborating with engineers to resolve real production problems. Your role will require a blend of problem-solving skills and cloud technology knowledge, benefiting clients who depend on uninterrupted service. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers
- Diagnose issues within Kubernetes and Flink environments
- Reproduce complex problems with attention to detail
- Document and escalate cases to Engineering for improvements
- Create knowledge base articles for customer support
- 2+ years in technical support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
