Organic Social Media Manager
KittySpout
Lead organic social strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout, using short-form video and data to grow engaged audiences fully remotely.
This full-time Social Media Manager owns both brands across every social channel. You will plan calendars, create daily content, publish posts, manage communities, and adjust decisions using performance data. The role requires hands-on experience with DTC or consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own organic content strategy across both brands
- Plan calendars for each brand and platform
- Create hooks, captions, videos, graphics, and stories
- Publish daily and act on weekly performance data
- Manage comments, DMs, groups, and tagged mentions
Requirements:
- Two-plus years running organic social personally
- Experience creating and publishing content yourself
- Proof of accounts grown and numbers moved
- Ability to tailor content across multiple platforms
- Native-level written English and US Canada overlap
