Lead the front-of-house as Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Lodge at Arrow Lakes in Nakusp, BC. Ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations while managing a dedicated team. The Lodge at Arrow Lakes is seeking a full-time manager for its tavern operations. In this role, you'll oversee staffing, inventory management, and F&B service standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential as you foster a collaborative environment and uphold company policies in compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to meet food and beverage performance indicators
• Provide coaching and direction to front-of-house staff
• Manage scheduling and staffing for optimal coverage
• Oversee inventory and cost control processes
• Develop engaging drink menus and promotions Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in food & beverage
• Food Safe Certificate and BC Serving It Right certification
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Experience in remote, tourism-driven environments
