- Mentor and train employees in customer service skills
- Execute merchandising and marketing plans effectively
- Utilize P&L and store reports for decision-making
- Oversee cash management and loyalty promotions
- Ensure the store meets health and safety regulations
- At least one year of retail management experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Valid Driver’s License with insurance necessary
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
