About JetsonJetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
About JetsonJetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better. Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable. We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity:We're building the agentic products that runs Jetson's customer operations — and we need a product leader for it. As a Product Manager on the Agentic Products team, your customers are Jetson's own operations teams. You'll sit with them, learn their work deeply, and define the agents and workflows that change how they operate. The goal is aggressive: take a post-sale process that typically takes the industry 30+ days and compress it to under three, with the majority of routine work running without a human touch. You'll own the product surface of that system and the agent and workflow definitions that make the autonomy real. The mission underneath it has real leverage: every automated workflow means more homes going electric faster, which is one of the biggest levers on emissions.
What You Will Do:
Embed and learn the domain: Sit with operations teams across System Design, Customer Success, Project Coordination, and Resolution.
Define agents that automate real work: Own the spec for autonomous workflows end-to-end (what each agent does, HITL handoffs, definition of done).
Close the learning loop: Turn operator corrections into durable evals or skills. Codify, don't re-prompt.
Own knowledge infrastructure as product: Maintain per-market rules (rebates, permits, utility specifics) as structured product surfaces.
Generalize into the platform: Push reusable capabilities into the shared agentic platform.
Drive the operator → orchestrator transition: Shift humans from in-the-loop to observing and course-correcting.
What You Bring:
A product leader who builds: You're not a spec-writer at a distance. You prototype with modern agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, or similar), read and reason about the systems you own, and earn credibility with engineers because you can get into the work. Breadth and speed over deep specialization.
An excellent communicator and scoper: You sit with operations stakeholders across Customer Success, Project Coordination, and Revenue, draw out what they actually need, explain tradeoffs, and drive a project to adoption.
AI-native: AI is core to how you build, not a novelty. You've shipped agentic or LLM-powered features and understand latency, cost, reliability, evaluation, and graceful failure.
A systems thinker: You think in workflows and feedback loops, not one-off features. You've built or operated something where reliability and correctness mattered.
Comfortable in ambiguity: You move fast. Small autonomous teams ship every day.
Experienced: 5+ years in product management, ideally with real exposure to building agentic loops and products.
Bonus: you've managed agent teams or run agent evals at scale.
How You Will Grow:
Become a rare product leader proficient at connecting complex operations domains with autonomous agents.
See the entire business with a front-row seat to operational economics.
Set the standards and patterns for agentic product management at Jetson.
Small, senior team, years-not-quarters thinking, and the best tools available.
