Hello, we recently moved back to Penticton from Alberta (mid August). My partner is in the army so he has had to stay in AB for work. I have 2 boys, 2 under 2... they will be 2 and 1 in the fall. I am a RN, hoping to go back to work ASAP! Therefore, I am looking for someone to help cover working days while their grandma is at work. Usually 7am-5pm or 7am-1pm. Looking for someone who has as much energy as the boys ;), someone who is kind, patient, and trustworthy! Preferably has CPR training, a background check in the past, own transportation, and is okay with dogs; we have a miniature schnauzer. Baby sign language is a plus! Job description:
- Connect and build relationships with the kids
- Provide routine (naps: 1x for the older child and 1-2x for the youngest)
- Play! (I encourage no screens for the kids, besides minimal TV for Bluey or music)
- Able to go for walks or to the park (both favour outside time)
- Able to prepare snacks and lunch for the children (food supplied)
- Minimal clean up (just cleaning after the kids and yourself during the day)
