Territory Manager - Outside Sales

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to join the EVS Canada team.

This is an outside sales role focused on growing the EVS Canada business and our partnership with Nespresso Professional within an assigned territory. You’ll spend time in the field meeting with prospective and existing customers, developing new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and building strong, long-term relationships.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities through active, in-person territory development
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Represent EVS Canada and our portfolio of products and services in the market
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals, negotiate opportunities, and close business
• Plan and manage your territory to identify new customers and areas for growth
• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity information in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets

What we’re looking for

• Previous outside sales experience, with demonstrated experience developing business and building customer relationships in person
• B2B sales experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable prospecting, approaching new customers, and developing a territory
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a field-based sales schedule
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
