Soutien Administratif Bilingue à Ottawa

Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre

Intégrez le Centre de santé communautaire Pinecrest-Queensway comme support administratif à temps partiel. Ce poste requiert un excellent sens du service à la clientèle et des compétences en administration. En tant qu'assistant administratif bilingue, vous fournirez un soutien essentiel aux équipes de services à l’emploi. Ce rôle implique la gestion de la réception, la coordination des rendez-vous et la création de documents variés. Vos capacités à travailler avec les clients et à manipuler des données seront cruciales pour le succès de l'équipe. Key Responsibilities:

Assurer la couverture de la réception pendant les pauses
Contacter les clients par divers moyens de communication
Maintenir la base de données en saisissant des informations
Préparer des rapports et des documents administratifs
Répondre aux exigences financières et gérer les dossiers

Requirements:

Diplôme secondaire et formation en administration
2-3 ans d’expérience en soutien administratif
Expérience en service à la clientèle
Maîtrise de MS Office et des outils numériques
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
