You will connect user-facing products, resilient backend services, and AI-driven capabilities across HR and Finance workflows. The work supports scalable, reliable systems for customers worldwide.Key Responsibilities:
Build full stack features powering AI agents in HR workflowsDeliver agent capabilities embedded in Financial workflowsOwn services and experiences through development and productionCollaborate with machine learning engineers and product managersMentor teammates and raise the pod’s technical barRequirements:
10+ years of software engineering experience5+ years with Python web development frameworks5+ years working with relational databasesExperience operating SaaS products in cloud environmentsHands-on Docker and Kubernetes experienceBring principal-level full stack engineering, Python, cloud, and AI product expertise to Workday’s Vancouver Agent Factory.
