Superviser l’exécution du travail selon les priorités établies en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise
Résoudre les situations problématiques rencontrées en assurant la satisfaction de la clientèle
S’occuper de la mise en marché en collaboration avec le directeur
Établir les horaires de travail en s’assurant de respecter le budget d’heures allouées et de répondre adéquatement aux besoins de la clientèle
Encadrer, encourager et motiver son personnel
Participer à l’évaluation du rendement et à la formation de son personnel et en assurer le suivi
Respecter les politiques et procédures de l'organisation

Les compétences recherchées :

Une expérience antérieure en supervision d'équipe, un atout
Excellentes compétences en communication
Capacité à faire preuve de discernement et à fixer des priorités
