Insure Wise Life is looking for Life Insurance Sales Assistant to join it’s team. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to enter the insurance field, build practical sales skills, and receive guidance as they learn the business.

No previous insurance experience is required. Training and ongoing coaching are available to help new representatives understand insurance products, client consultations, and the steps involved in serving clients.

The Role: More Than Just a Sales Job

As an Insurance Sales Assistant, the focus is on helping clients understand their available coverage options and supporting them throughout the insurance application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with clients through phone and virtual appointments.
• Discuss clients' insurance interests and understand their protection needs.
• Present relevant life insurance and supplemental benefit options.
• Explain policy features, coverage details, and available choices.
• Respond to client questions with clear and professional communication.
• Guide interested clients through applications and required paperwork.
• Keep client information, appointment details, and follow-up records organized.
• Stay informed about products, procedures, and licensing requirements.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending information and next steps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
• 0-2 years of experience in telephone sales and administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Residential address Greater Toronto Area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete required training and retain information.
• Availability to attend scheduled appointments, meetings, and training.
• Must be able to commute to work on weekdays and alternate Saturdays.
