Account Manager for B2B Growth

Elevate your sales career with The Sales Factory as a Remote Account Manager focusing on B2B growth and client retention. This unique role allows you to own established accounts while working from anywhere in Canada. This position involves managing a portfolio of proven client accounts to ensure renewal and growth. As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include deepening client relationships and seizing opportunities for account expansion. This is a growth-focused role with a clear path towards becoming a Go-To-Market Engineer. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the ongoing success of established client accounts
Drive account renewals and client retention efforts
Identify opportunities for account revenue expansion
Lead and coach a team of Business Development Representatives
Monitor performance metrics to mitigate churn risks

Requirements:

3–5+ years in B2B sales or account management
Proven success in hitting retention and revenue targets
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools
Solutions-oriented mindset with accountability focus
