ADMIN/OPERATIONS
JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is a subsidiary of The Mullen Group and is one of the largest household moving, storage and freight transportation companies in Saskatchewan. We provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province, and as an agent for Atlas Van Lines, we offer local and long-distance moving services. Responsibilities:
Handle daily scheduling of crews
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
Perform administrative duties including answering phones, helping customers, maintaining file system, mail distribution, etc.
Manage shipment tracking, billing, and collections
Process moving paperwork
Miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications:
Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract
Deal effectively with the public, outside agencies and co-workers
Must be detail oriented
Excellent computer skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Be able to multi-task and be willing to learn Benefits:
