Customer Care Admin Assistant

Job Responsibility:

Your Day to Day

• Assist in transition of customer information into new database
• Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
• Enter information into the appropriate databases
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check the output
• Adhere to established corporate and accounting department policies and procedures
• Monthly printing of statements
• The monthly mailing of statements as well as daily maintenance of mail room functions
• Maintaining and triaging the Customer Care email address
• Processing and triaging all returned mail and cheques
• Making calls for declined credit card payments
• Other tasks as assigned by the Customer Care Manager

What You Bring to The Team

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and French is an asset.
• Self-directed, requiring minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Kroll Windows application and applicable eMAR platforms
• Working knowledge of Smart-Link software an asset. Prior experience and knowledge of third party billing
• Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other members of the health care team
• Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
• An understanding of provincial regulations governing LTC homes and Retirement Communities
• Must be highly organized and possess excellent time management skills
• Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality
