IQVIA seeks a MedTech Project Coordinator to support field service operations across Canadian locations. The role involves scheduling technicians, coordinating equipment setup, recording test data, and providing client support, working primarily remote with travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate field service staff work, tools, and daily needs
- Install and organize equipment and workstations
- Perform routine checks and record product test data post-installation
- Maintain communication and provide customer support to hospital staff
- Deliver on-the-job training to new team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of project coordination experience with technician scheduling
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license and personal vehicle
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift 25 lb
- Meet hospital vendor credentialing and vaccination requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft and data entry systems (preferred)
