Cyber Security Architect for Healthcare

Elevate your career as a Cyber Security Domain Architect with Focus Systems, specializing in Azure Cloud and VMware security within a remote healthcare setting. You will have a critical role in shaping enterprise-scale security strategies across various platforms. Focus Systems seeks a skilled Cyber Security Domain Architect (1885) to enhance cybersecurity practices in health information technology. Your expertise in Azure and VMware security architecture will be key in advising stakeholders and defining security standards while ensuring compliance and best practices. This position is remote within Canada, with potential travel to Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-year Security Domain roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy
- Evaluate existing security architectures and recommend improvements
- Define security standards and reference architectures
- Provide leadership for Azure Cloud and VMware environments
- Drive adoption of Zero Trust frameworks for enhanced security
- Minimum five years in Security Architecture or Enterprise Cybersecurity
- Certifications: Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, or CISM
- Strong Azure Security Architecture expertise
- Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and Microsoft Defender
- Proven ability to advise executive stakeholders on security risks
