Director Information Management Infrastructure

Lead information management across Canadian infrastructure with BIM, GIS, and Document Control expertise in a flexible hybrid work approach.Turner & Townsend seeks a Director, Information Management to lead practice capability streams across Canada’s Infrastructure Segment. You will integrate PMIS and Data Engineering while shaping major infrastructure and aviation programs. The position combines program delivery, service line leadership, governance, and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:
Lead BIM, GIS/Digital Twin, and Document Control capability streamsIntegrate PMIS and Data Engineering functions strategicallyDevelop Information Management strategies and Target Operating ModelsGovern information lifecycle from requirements through operational handoverDrive business development, proposals, budgeting, and service line developmentRequirements:
12+ years in Information Management or related infrastructure experience5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams and digital delivery functionsStrong BIM, GIS/Digital Twin, Document Control, PMIS, and Data Engineering experienceExpertise in information governance, TOMs, and asset information managementDeep knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and digital delivery practicesApply information governance, BIM, digital twins, and program leadership to strengthen Turner & Townsend’s Canadian infrastructure practice.
