Senior Key Account Manager Role

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Key Account Manager, responsible for deploying large accounts and driving adoption across the client’s subsidiaries. This strategic role focuses on account growth, client relationships, and maximizing adoption rates. You will handle a portfolio of 10 to 15 major accounts with GMV ranging from €50M to €100M. Your mission is to establish strong connections, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Building relationships at all levels of the client’s hierarchy will be essential. Key Responsibilities:

Deploy new framework agreements effectively
Penetrate accounts and drive user adoption
Advise senior stakeholders on strategic objectives
Expand account offerings and reinforce contract conditions
Identify risks and implement corrective action plans

Requirements:

5-7 years in Strategic Account Management
Proven track record of account growth
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Fluent in English and local language
Willingness to travel for client engagements
