You will provide consultative advice, develop strategies, and assess stakeholders across the Drug Programs Policy and Strategy Branch. Your contributions will be integral in creating a successful implementation plan for the DIRECT External Submission Portal.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance on change management methodologies and tools - Develop change management strategies and frameworks - Lead stakeholder assessments and engagement strategies - Implement communication and training plans effectively - Mitigate people-side risks and manage resistance
Requirements: - Experience in change management strategies and communication plans - Strong presentation and group facilitation skills - Knowledge of healthcare sector dynamics - Ability to define success metrics for change adoption - Experience with structured change management methodologies
