Executive Director of Shared Services CBA

Lead the Shared Services at the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) with a focus on strategic membership and IT delivery. This remote position involves collaboration across Canada and engagement with key stakeholders. As the Executive Director of Shared Services, you will report directly to the CEO of CBA. Your mission will be to develop dynamic strategies that enhance service delivery for all CBA entities. Drive efficiency by developing customer relationships and managing a team focused on membership and information technology. Key Responsibilities:

Develop action plans for Shared Services strategy
Engage with stakeholders to tailor services effectively
Manage team leads in Membership Strategy and IT
Collect and report member intelligence for informed decision-making
Oversee Shared Services budget and financial reporting

Requirements:

7 years of senior leadership experience
Expertise in change management and cross-entity relations
Strong financial management skills
Leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in both official languages
