Transformation Lead

Job Responsibility: BRP's Global retail and services transformation team is looking for a Lead, Transformation Strategy Powersport Global Retail and Services responsible for the program delivery strategy of an ambitious transformation program to build our future. This is an opportunity to actively work in a transformational context with cross-functional business leaders to break the mould. To provide further context on the categories of work, this could include but not be limited to the business readiness strategy for the implementation of a global ERP system, deployment of the ambassador's community, and lean cross-functional transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a strategic adviser for the Transformation team on change management, business readiness and people development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record on team development, a sharp business mind and a proven ability to create value by mobilizing and engaging transversal teams toward the same goal. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Act as the owner of the Global Retail and Services (GR&S) program governance, communication, and engagement plan to drive change within the business community. Collaborate in GR&S IT Project Definition: First mile, Business case preparation, Project charter, Global Business Workforce and Global Budget evaluation to ensure winning conditions and future program success. Actively contribute to GR&S Annual/Quarterly road mapping; Support priorities positioning and business dependencies and capabilities. Supervise the business readiness project lead, provide expertise and support on cross-functional process redesign to create future operating models, address inefficiencies or improve strategic KPI target achievements. Upon project approval Define business resources workforce planning to align with project objectives, capabilities, and timelines. In collaboration with GR&S Delivery managers, oversee project start-up: Team Onboarding, Governance definition and Business Readiness evaluation. Collaborate on Business readiness activities plan definition for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate change management, global assessment and resources planning in collaboration with the business readiness lead. Monitor and evaluate transformation progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to business leadership governance. Coach business process leads and subject matter experts if needed, onboard new resources, special mandate for reshaping/restructuring, leadership skills. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: At least 8-10 years of experience in supporting organizational transformations within large-scale companies. A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies. In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
