$24-$28 hrly Responsibilities
Accounts payable processing Full cycle-
Receive all invoices and perform initial review/triage
Enter invoices into the system accurately (Vouching)
Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper filing (File Room organization)
Process weekly vendor payments (Friday payment runs)
Handle monthly payments for Canadian vendors
Assist with banking activities when required
Track and record temporary invoices on a weekly basis Qualifications
College Certification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration , with at least 2-5 years’ experience.
Proficiency with Excel and Word and have experience using an Accounting/Manufacturing software system/ERP is a must.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and team skills
