Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation tasks- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions- Assist in corporate finance activities- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks, or similar platforms- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and financial services
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in both English and Mandarin(asset) to successfully interface with clients and candidates- Knowledge of budgeting principles and corporate finance- Experience with accounts payable processes- Familiarity with accounting software like Quickbooks and excel- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
