Dental Receptionist on a full-time temporary basis.
The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Siwoski Dental in Vernon provides comprehensive, personalized care, utilizing advanced technology for treatments like Same-Day Crowns and Hybrid Dentures . From preventative cleanings to complex restorations, our expert team offers a welcoming, modern environment to keep our patients smile healthy.

SCHEDULE
- 33 hours per week
- 4 Days of the Week
- 12-18 months contract
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Dental knowledge and/or Training a Must!
- 2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is Required
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
