Devenez membre de notre équipe de service à la clientèle! Utilisez vos talents pour guider les clients, gérer leurs commandes spéciales et assurer une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle. Votre sens du service et votre capacité à maintenir notre magasin bien organisé vous permettront de vous réaliser dans un emploi gratifiant tout en contribuant activement à notre succès.
Votre rôle :- Aider la clientèle à obtenir des renseignements sur des produits en magasin ou par téléphone
- Se tenir au courant des circulaires et des événements promotionnels
- Préparer les commandes spéciales, obtenir de la clientèle les informations et les spécifications requises, contacter l'acheteur de la commande spéciale pour établir et confirmer le prix et la date de livraison disponible
- Entretenir l'ensemble du magasin, notamment en veillant à ce qu'il soit bien approvisionné et que la marchandise soit mise en valeur, avec des niveaux de produits suffisants et que les informations soient correctes et précises
- Contrôler les niveaux de stock, effectuer des inventaires et signaler les problèmes de stock
- Se tenir au courant des circulaires et des événements promotionnels
- S'efforcer activement d'accroître sa connaissance des produits, de comprendre les techniques d'application et/ou de rénovation et d'améliorer ses compétences en matière de vente en participant aux sessions de formation disponibles
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin
- Des compétences de vente efficaces et un engagement à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle sont essentiels
- De bonnes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles sont nécessaires pour évaluer les besoins des clients et formuler des recommandations
- Une certaine expérience dans un rôle axé sur la clientèle est requise
- La capacité à effectuer des tâches impliquant de s'étirer, de se pencher, de soulever et de porter des produits moyens à lourds est requise
